Payment & Delivery Information

Accepted Modes of Payment

For the convenience of all our customers, we are accepting several payment methods for domestic and international orders. We accept all major Debit and Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, JCB, etc.) through Paypal Checkout. We also accept Bank Transfers and payments through digital wallets such as Maya (Paymaya) and GCash.

Delivery and Shipping Options

All domestic orders or orders from within the Philippines area are delivered via LBC Express or through any other local third-party courier services. Local customers may also send us a request for whatever courier service they prefer.

All orders from outside the Philippines will be delivered through FedEx Delivery or any other local third-party courier service.

Customers can monitor the status of their order(s) by going to their Order History page in their Customer Account.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your order within 24 hours or as long as the order status is not set to "Processing." Once you see the "Processing" status for an order, it will no longer be eligible for cancellation on our website. If you want to cancel an order, even if it's already in "Processing" status, you will need to contact us via an email message, phone call, or text message.

Please note that orders that already have the "Job Order In-Production" or "Processing Image Files" status will no longer be eligible for cancelation even via an email message, phone call, or text message.

Refunds for the down payments of canceled orders will be sent or credited back to the customer's account within 24 hours from the time of cancellation.

If cancellation of order(s) falls on a weekend (Saturday or Sunday), a refund will take place on the next business day. Refund status can also be monitored through the customer's Order History page in their Customer Account.

7-Day Return Policy

All products listed on our website are covered with a 7-day Return Policy. Any merchandise can be returned to us, as long as they meet any of our merchandise return criteria:

  • Damaged: The product arrived at the customer's shipping address broken, mangled, and missing parts, and will not be deemed for its purpose.
  • Wrong Item: The product received is not what the customer ordered from the website.
  • Incomplete: The product arrived incomplete or missing some parts.

A change of mind will not make an order eligible for a product return, or refund.
